Be sure to take a trip to the area of Mt. Shada (Jabal Shada) in the Province of Al Bahah and experience one of the most beautiful areas in the Kingdom. Even if you (probably) don’t want to go mountain climbing or extreme biking, but ‘just’ want to see the majestic landscape of the mountain area from afar – it’s worth it.
It’s also not far from Marble Village Dhee Ain. Continue south on King Fahd Rd from Dhee Ain and then turn north-west at the entrance to Al Makhwah; this country road is still called King Fahd Rd.
You can drive the road as far as you like; there are several places where you can get off and have a magnificent view at Jabal Shada to the left of the road. Some of the stops allow you to walk a few tens of metres away from the road;
